Colombo is the capital city and the commercial centre of Sri Lanka, filled with shopping centers and all modern facilities. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Maldives
Welcome to Maldives!!! Once you arrive at Male International Airport where you are met by the hotel representative and transferred to your Maldivian Resort. After your Check-In, retire to your room and spend the rest of the day learning the rare art of ‘far niente’ or simply ‘doing nothing’. Stay overnight at the resort.
Day 2: Day at leisure (Guru recommends Water Sports)
After breakfast, the rest of the day is at leisure for you to lounge. Your resort has the facility of providing you water sports and fun activities. The most popular among these are snorkeling, windsurfing and catamaran sailing. Other popular water sports activities are parasailing, kayaking, kite-surfing, water-skiing and jet skiing. Stay over night at the resort.
Day 3: Day at leisure (Guru recommends SPA Treatment/Duo Massage)
After breakfast, indulge in the rare opportunity to enjoy one of nature’s most invaluable treasures; “PEACE”. Rejuvenate your mind, soul and body with the resorts exclusive SPA Treatment. Day 4: Depart Maldives and Arrive Colombo (Guru recommends shopping in Colombo).
After your last breakfast on this beautiful Island, bid adieu to paradise on earth as you leave the resort and are transferred to the airport for your flight to Colombo.
Welcome to Sri Lanka!!!! Arrive at the airport where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. While the rest of your day is free at leisure we recommend a shop at Odel, Barefoot, Paradise Road etc for the latest in fashion & utility. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 5: Sightseeing in Colombo
After breakfast, we take a tour of Colombo. Visit the Fort, Colombo Port, Pettah, the Dutch Reformed Church in Hulftsdorf and the High Courts. Later after the city tour you can. Stay overnight at Colombo. a visit to the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage - a great favorite with visitors to Sri Lanka. Orphaned baby tuskers are looked after by foster parents in this government run sanctuary. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 6: Depart Colombo
After your last breakfast in Colombo, you are transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
